Juan Pablo Hernandez

Graduate Intern

Juan Pablo joined Trellix for the Summer of 2022, where he brings 10+ years of experience as a lawyer in the intersection of public policy, business, and law to advise the Government Affairs and Legal Teams on the impact of legislative, policy, and privacy matters. Before Trellix, Juan Pablo held different leadership roles at the Puerto Rico Legislature, where he spearheaded efforts to audit public spending and demand transparency and, counseled on economic development and tax incentives matters, among other issues. He also served as corporate affairs and legal counsel for a Tech Start-Up and, more recently, led a U.S. Congressional Race.

Juan Pablo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico. He is also currently pursuing an MBA from Georgetown University, where he was named a Prospanica Fellow and was awarded the Consortium Fellowship, one of the highest honors the McDonough School of Business bestows.
